Action Pressure Washing follows all EPA rules and regulations and has established a
positive relationship with city officials that oversee the clean water programs through
out the Bay Area. APW notifies the storm water management official prior to all services
by email. Telling photos are provided to the customer and the inspector for proper
bookkeeping. All files are saved securely 
off-site for up to 5 years. APW staff have
completed the industrial user program and are regularly updated on new cleaning
procedures and equipment safety. We make the storm management program a priority on
every job, big or small. At no time is water run-off from pressure washing allowed to enter
the storm drain system. This is mandated by the federal law know as the Clean Water Act
